Come along for the series finale of Music in the Gardens, a special event where residents can enjoy some of Australia's best musicians while relaxing on the beautifully landscaped lawns of the Albury Botanic Gardens.
Guest Artist – Victorian Opera
Four of Australia’s brightest stars, Carlos Bárcenas, Kirilie Blythman, Daniel Carison and Shakira Tsindos, will perform a concert of much loved operatic masterpieces accompanied by Victorian Opera’s Head of Music Phoebe Briggs.
Artists in Victorian Opera’s Professional Development Program, these emerging singers have starred in productions including Lucia di Lammermoor, The Flying Dutchman, Cinderella and The Pied Piper and will conclude a regional Victorian tour in Albury/Wodonga.
What to bring on the day:
Bring your family and friends, pack a picnic, relax on the lawn and enjoy the wonderful music in beautiful surrounds. Wood fired oven pizza, gourmet burgers, coffee, tea and cakes will be available for sale and BYO alcohol is permitted.
A limited number of chairs and tables are provided, but of course there's ample space for your own picnic rug and cushions. This is a smoke-free event.
