Some will say it is a match made in heaven. Seafood, summer and wine! Tey will be sourcing seafood and using this as inspiration for each of the courses.
They will also be combining this night with wines from around Australia. You will be warmly welcomed with a sparking wine as you mingle and enjoy the live music and freshly shucked oysters (by Carl at Thee Shuckers).
As you then make your way to the table, there will be three courses of delicious food specially designed by their chef, Simon Reid. Simon will delight and surprise you as he transform seafood into new depths.
