Travel the hinterland & see the many towns and areas to visit. Visit beach areas such as Noosa, Sunrise, Sunshine, Coolum & Peregian to name a few. There are many great festivals throughout the year spread across the region so keep a lookout for these. The local airport is close & even if you don't get a direct flight to it look out for great flight deals from Brisbane and drive-up.
