The lower level features outdoor decks, at the front, with views out over the Bay of Fires, and at the back it backs onto the Bush and has a private dining area where you will feel you are in the Aussie Bush. Wallabies, Kookaburras, and other native birds and animals visit this area. Here you will find a rumpus room, which has a pool table, games, etc, You can open the roller doors, and have ocean views! There is also a couple of bicycles available for your use - but please remember you must wear a helmet! Tennis rackets are available as well.
Once inside the house, you will find 3 modern bedrooms, and two bathrooms on the lower level. The upper level is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen and outdoor BBQ deck with fantastic views.
